Carpentry Division

The carpentry training division was established in 1975, and that was before the higher Industrial Institute turned into the current technological university .the training system was and still is adopted in the carpentry division. with its training staff, production means and capabilities, the division aims to train students and provide them with basic information that introduces them to Wood, its types and varieties, and the tools used for the purpose of converting these woods into important elements and vocabulary in our daily life and its various fields, including the furniture industry, construction and architecture. The training work is carried out under the direct supervision of the students by the training staff of the division for all stages of work from cutting and preparing the wood according to the required dimensions, interlock work, model installation, smoothing and dyeing works
