University performance division

The University performance division was opened and qualified according to the new structure issued by the Ministry of higher education and scientific research under the University order no.C / 5091 / 4) in 2013/9/16.

Division objectives

* Follow-up and audit the calendar file of senior leaders, teachers, employees, craftsmen and drivers at the center
* Creating a database for the center’s employees and using it in evaluating University performance

Division assignments

* Managing the affairs of the division and follow-up of associates and distribution of work
* Coordination of work with the quality assurance department
* Updating and maintaining the database

Division achievements

* Completion of the forms for evaluating University performance
* Completion of a database of affiliates and dividing them into categories (teachers/administrators/technicians and engineers / craftsmen)
* Follow-up of scientific activities related to teaching, including research, conferences and courses
* Completion of the job description form
* Completion of the mural of the center’s structure

Future proposals

* Taking approvals to hold a workshop or seminar
* Documentation of works related to the projects of students of primary and higher studies
* Preparing reports on the activities of the center’s divisions
* Involve employees in seminars, courses and conferences
