The plumbing division was established in 1961 and is considered one of the divisions from which the Higher Institute of industry was previously founded, which was the nucleus of the founding of the Technological University.currently, the sum of these divisions is the training center and laboratories within the Technological University. The division aims, with its staff and training cadres, to train students in all engineering departments at the Technological University to contribute to providing students with cognitive skills, where metal sheets are converted using descriptive geometry into holographic forms using coated plates and informing students about the types of fastening and coated plates and the appropriate use of devices and equipment in the plumbing unit.
